From demand-side incentives and smarter regulatory pathways to expanding production capacity and securing domestic supply chains, the report captures many of the core actions required to unlock U.S. leadership in this space. The United States must now act decisively – not just to compete globally, but to ensure our innovation translates into jobs, economic growth, and national strength. And the time to act is now.
