Manus, The BioAlternatives Company®, today announced that Baljit Ghotra has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Operations.

Ghotra brings more than 20 years of experience leading innovation, scale-up, and commercialization across nutrition and functional ingredients. He has led global R&D and technology teams, supported the launch of products from concept to market, and helped drive growth across both established companies, including ADM, and growth-stage organizations.

At Manus, Ghotra will join the Senior Leadership Team and directly oversee Manufacturing, Engineering, and Process Technology Development. In this capacity, he will drive cross-functional alignment, accelerate innovation, and strengthen execution across these core areas – including the company’s Monk Fruit Sweetener and food colors portfolio.
